Crest and Ethos Real Assets, a San Francisco-based joint venture, have signed an agreement. Developed and developing countries can collaborate on deep tech ecosystems to solve long-standing issues with their economies and infrastructure.
Ethos Real Assets was founded by Jonas Lauren Norr, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur. His ambition is to leverage venture capital and applied research to support technological solutions that benefit society and assist in establishing future innovation ecosystems.
The joint venture will concentrate on critical technologies while solving the most pressing efficiency concerns in large industries such as natural resources, agriculture, energy, and health care. The first sites will open in September 2020, and the first group of potential solutions will be tested in the first quarter of 2021.

Their MOU
The MOU proposes that Crest offer Ethos Real Assets 4,000,000 common shares in exchange for the right to find and manage technical resources and incubation activities, as well as local resources and stakeholders, for the delivery of solutions developed by the JV on properties managed by Crest.
Ethos Real Assets will be in charge of these responsibilities. Jonas Lauren Norr’s name has been proposed for the Board of Directors.
