Crest and Ethos Real Assets, a San Francisco-based joint venture, have signed an agreement. Developed and developing countries can collaborate on deep tech ecosystems to solve long-standing issues with their economies and infrastructure.
Ethos Real Assets was founded by Jonas Lauren Norr, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur. His ambition is to leverage venture capital and applied research to support technological solutions that benefit society and assist in establishing future innovation ecosystems.
The joint venture will concentrate on critical technologies while solving the most pressing efficiency concerns in large industries such as natural resources, agriculture, energy, and health care. The first sites will open in September 2020, and the first group of potential solutions will be tested in the first quarter of 2021.
According to CEO Michael Collins: “Alpha is what investors in Crest’s resources and industries seek. As a result of our collaboration, we will have direct access to cutting-edge technology that will significantly alter the mining business.”
The MOU proposes that Crest offer Ethos Real Assets 4,000,000 common shares in exchange for the right to find and manage technical resources and incubation activities, as well as local resources and stakeholders, for the delivery of solutions developed by the JV on properties managed by Crest.
Ethos Real Assets will be in charge of these responsibilities. Jonas Lauren Norr’s name has been proposed for the Board of Directors.

Jonas Lauren Norr is the managing partner and co-founder of Gravity Ranch Ventures, which provides funding to SRI International to aid in developing cutting-edge technologies to address some of the world’s most pressing issues.

Mr. Jonas Lauren Norr was a technical advisor for Crest before being appointed to the board. He has until June 1, 2025, to purchase 500,000 shares of business stock at $0.0065 per share. Mr. Norr would receive 4,000,000 shares of Ethos Real Assets common stock as part of the MOU.
Ore Capital Partners Ltd., 1247814 BC Ltd., Garry Stock, and Jason Cubitt have all agreed to sell the Company 18,647,122 common shares in exchange for 36% of Ore. This transaction is nearing completion. Its most significant holdings are 14,750,001 common shares of Inflection Resources Ltd.
