Jason Hughes attended Pepperdine University and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He got employed at Cushman & Wakefield for several years before moving back to his home area, San Diego. He furthered his education at the University of San Diego and earned his Master of Business Administration.
After completing his master’s, he founded Irving Hughes and served as the firm’s president for 16 years. In 2011, he founded Hughes Marino representation firm with his business partner and wife, Shay. The firm helps buyers and clients acquire favorable purchase or lease terms.
