Do you feel like you’ve failed too much? You’re about to make it right if you develop a positive attitude and learn from it. Failure is part of life, and for every 100 business attempts, 80% fail while 20% succeed. To win, you have to fail, and if you feel you’re doing everything right, you aren’t taking enough risks, hence not winning. “The world today is a competitive ground. Whoever is willing to learn from his failures will surely succeed” Steph Korey..

Steph Korey puts it clear that failure is the foundation for learning. We have to admit that we don’t know everything and should be welcome to ideas and advice. A problem shared is a problem half solved; therefore, it is advisable to open up and discuss our failures. Sharing our fears helps others learn from them and makes for a happier and more productive workplace. It also brings colleagues together, making work more efficient.

Steph Korey talks about the fear of failure.
Atychiphobia is a persistent fear of failing. Most of us are afraid of failing. In most cases, we put such high expectations for how things should turn out hence having strong fears that things might not turn out as expected. Fear is inevitable, and Steph Korey retaliates that it shouldn’t deter us from achieving our goals. Fear manifests itself in different ways. In some cases, fear of failure makes people not try at all. Others proclaim that they will fail even before they try, while others procrastinate, leading them not to finish their tasks on time.
Accepting your fears and allowing yourself to release emotional baggage helps you achieve your full potential. Go for therapies, exercise, share your fears with others, and by doing this, you’ll keep your fears in check. Firmly holding on to your fears reduces the ability to make choices and the psyche to make a move. Those who go past their fears achieve more than those who fall into them. Finally, Henry Ford said, “Failure is the only opportunity to begin more wisely.”
